How to report content posted through Beauty Gallery that you believe infringes your copyright.
What This Covers
Beauty Gallery’s Work Feed lets our stylists post photos and captions, and lets customers comment and like posts. If you believe content posted through Beauty Gallery infringes your copyright, you can report it here.
How to Report
Email concierge@beautygallerysalon.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" and include: (1) your contact information; (2) a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) the specific content and its location in the app (e.g. which Work Feed post); (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your signature (typed name is acceptable).
What Happens Next
Reports are reviewed by authorized Beauty Gallery personnel — never acted on automatically. We do not remove content based solely on an unauthenticated or incomplete report. Once a report with the information above is received, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the reported content and address the matter with the person who posted it.
Repeat Infringement
An account responsible for repeated, substantiated copyright complaints may have its Work Feed posting privileges suspended or removed.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content you posted was removed in error, contact concierge@beautygallerysalon.com and explain why. We will review counter-notices in good faith.
